Daytime Running Lights are for busy or inattentive "other guy's" in broad daylight on a sunny day. How often do you get some idiot who pulls out to pass or make a left in front of you is definetly reduced with DRL's. Anyone who has had a few days driving experience has had someone do something really stupid that is always explained with a "sorry I just didn't see you". The reaction is invariably "what are you blind?" even if it is unsaid. DRL's reduce the frequency of this. That's all and that's enough. For what it's worth the Miata as usual (that's why we love it) does one of the best, as well as attractive job's on the road of "sporting" DRL's Could someone get this soapbox outa here before this guy hurts himself? -- Archie Glasgow Elect.
