I just scared the hell out of someone walking on the sidewalk yesterday :-) 2) I have no AC - maybe this helps. I had PLENTy of room in front of the radiator. I didn't rewire tho, I just hooked it up to the existing wire. It worked fine for a while, but the 10 amp fuse blew after a week or so (not even while using the horn - it just didn't work all of a sudden) and I replaced it with a 15 amp fuse. Since you only use the horn for a short period at at time, I don't think this will hurt the relay or the wiring. If the 15 amp blows, I'll let you know. 3) I have polished aluminum horns. They are not Hella but Stebel (Italian make). They look very cool but I'm not sure they sound different from plastic ones.
