WIZ offers the plates to cover the holes and gap left after removing your
sun-visors.  They come finished with glossy black or polished aluminum, I
believe.  About $15 each.  WIZ has been out for quite a while, but Holly says
they're due for replacement stock any day, now.  I replaced the driver's side
with one.  My wife liked it so much, she asked that I replace the other side,
too.  In addition to providing less obstruction to your field of vision, they
provide a cleaner appearance.
