Subject: High Beam Squeal

I recently noticed that for 10-15 seconds after switching to high beams, I
frequently have a faint squeal seemingly emanating from the dashboard.  My
headlights are standard halogens, nothing special.  I've only had the car
since last June, and since I usually have the stereo cranked up, this could
have gone unnoticed since I bought the car.  Should this be cause for
concern?
