Old spark plug wires. Clogged or non-spec fuel injectors. Dirty air filter. Clogged fuel filter. Different oil weights. Also check to make sure both cars are set to the same timing (10 dbtdc). Air pressure in tires should be the same. You may also want to do a compression check on each cylinder. I assumed both cars were stock in intake and exhaust. Hope this helps. Robert P.S.
