I am 100% opposed to this.  Newsgroups attract assholes like a picinic
attracts ants, and once they are here you will never get rid of them.   You
don't like the 50+ messages per day?  Get the digested version of the
mailing list and/or get better mailer software. E-mail me for specific
suggestions if you are interested.

If we somehow end up with this list linked to a miata newsgroup I'll leave
and start a new Miata list with *no* link to *any* newsgroups.
