I saw this article about the new thermatic electronic fan that replaces the
normal belt-driven fan.  It runs by the electricity and has thermostat so
it starts when it's needed, unlike conventional fan.  The article said
because of it, the engine has less load as well as performs better when
it's still cold.  It even tested by CSIRO and Melbourn University on Ford
V8 Falcon with pretty impressive result. :)  What do you think of it?
