You're incredibly lucky you don't live in Oregon. 81 in a 65 would be near $200, and in a 55 ... well, all I know is that 87 in a 55 is $525 - or was it $575? Oregon went a little crazy last year, and jacked up the prices. Kirsten was just ticketed for 10 over the limit, and that was $96. Fortunately, the officer wrote the date to appear in court as April 11, 1994. No charges for her...ironically enough, my only ticket had the same error. Weird. Also, I'd appreciate some name ideas. My family has a long tradition of naming cars: 1979 VW Rabbit - ThunderBunny 1982 Chevy Citation - Silver Bird 1984 VW Diesel Rabbit - ThunderBunny II/Jr. 1987 Dodge Caravan - Big Bird 1995 Saturn SL2 - Piewacket 199x Mazda MX-5 Miata - ??? (There were more before these, but I don't know their names) I didn't say a long tradition of emotion-stirring, quality names, just names. Kirsten and I tossed around "Skippy" when we first thought of getting a Miata (after seeing the somewhat smiley air intake), and half of me thinks that would be allright, as that it's a fairly cute car, and that's a fairly cute name, and it'll be her car to drive too - once in a while, anyway. ;) Part of me wants something with a little snarl too, though. (TurboSkippy probably wouldn't cut it.) At any rate, this has grown long enough.
