Mike, About the only time you'll get a really good shot at seeing no rain is July through September. May is iffy. el Nino is really changing things this year! We've had a lot of sunny days, lately. You can rent Miata's from Hertz and Enterprize in Seattle. In my opinion, the two best drives we have are around Mount Ranier and Highway 20 from Winthrop to Concrete. Around here, you take your top-down driving as it shows up. Yesterday was georgeous, today it's not. However, it's rare to broil in the Miata, as was the norm in MGA's and Spiders in Dallas!
