I called the town about this, to determine just what was going on.  The
ordinance says you must have all wheels on a paved surface.  I asked what
the definition of a paved surface was, and we all concluded that digging a
couple holes next to the concrete pad and installing a couple concrete
blocks would do it.  I might just do that -
