Take a look under the throttle cable (as I recall).  You probably have a
round, blank grommet installed there already.  Just poke a hole in it, and
run your horn wire out through that.  Either that, or you could fish the
wire through an existing grommet with a wire bundle already in it.  I found
out about the "free grommet" when I installed my aftermarket cruise control.
Don't recall what it's supposed to be for, but obviously for something my
car didn't have.
