     Steve, you are correct.  Black is definately a "basic" color.  Now if
     we were to call it "Midnight Luster" or something... then we'd have a
     problem.

     I think Jeannie's spelling phetish stems from her being a teacher, no?
     Maybe she's secretly as anal as the rest of us!  What would you expect
     from a person who puts mirror bras on her car and expects the rest of
     the world to still think its a "stock" Miata 8-)

 Would you please amend you answer to Tim's question #5 about hunter green
Miatae to include *BLACK* in your "OK colors list"....
I don't want to be misunderstood as to sexual orientation for owning my 94
R-car.
