Subject: High/low beam together

I want to make the highbeam and low beam turn on together.  Right now, when I
pull the highbeam, low beam turns off.  Does anyone know a way to make both
turn on at same time with highbeam?  I've got a low profile headlight kit and
since the bulbs are two separate type, I want to make both of them come on at
same time.
