From: burkhart@ionet.net (Greg Burkhart) Subject: Tiny Bubbles... Date: Sun, 2 Apr 1995 17:47:34 -0400
I recently joined the local Miata club and the President of the local chapter had many recommendations for general upkeep on my Miata. She suggested using Meguire's products; including #10 and #17 for the rear window. I found these at a local auto parts store and gave them a try. I'm REALLY impressed with these! I tried to do it with the top up but the back window unzipped but found it a lot easier to zip up the window and latch the top. When I got done, it looked GREAT! Upon close inspection, I noticed tiny air bubbles in the window near the top of the window. I have ALWAYS had the top unlatched when zipping or unzipping the window so it shouldn't have been caused by stress. Is this something I should be worried about? It's a '94 so it should last me a couple more years, right? Thanks, Greg W.
