They sure do.  And while that's all fine and well, I'd kinda prefer the
much more classic look of a three spoke wheel (with a wood rim:).  As it
is, it may be possible to replace the airbag wheel with another, more
appropriate one, but I guess as long as it's there, I'd just assume have
the extra protection.
