    Finally went looking at new Miatas today after getting fed up
with the overpriced used market for them up here in Maine.  Figured
with the $199/mo lease deal I could drive new for a few years, then
get an older one in three years when prices drop some more...anyway...

  Wow! I got my '94 B with MSSS and a Hardtop for $254 with only $1000 down!
59% residual is the figure I heard for the 3 year lease. As I was closing the
deal, the Dealer got the '94 M editions in. The price was about $1500 more 
than my Miata. (about 22K I think.)
