Hi y'all!
I'm back in Missouri after a fun weekend in Georgia... my first 
attendance at a gathering of Miata owners. I found out that 
enthusiastic Miata owners are nice people and lots of fun--and some are 
even really good-looking and apparently rich! (Single people, take 
note!)
George (my car) with her battered fenders and nearly bald rear tires, 
felt really jealous of all the nice newer Miatas, especially the ones 
with leather and the M-editions--but everyone who liked the white 
w/blue stripes commented favorably, and those who didn't just didn't 
say anything!
I think the Miata Performance Driving School was a lot of fun and I 
really believe I'm a better driver because of it, although I now truly 
know how far I have to go before I'm a "real race driver" after having 
ridden with one of the instructors in his own race Miata. (I picked the 
car with the hardtop & full roll cage to ride in--I'm a chicken!)
So therefore, Steve, if you see this shameless plug for your school, 
please give me a discount at Heartland Park, Topeka, next year!!
