Yesterday the second and third components of Pepper's performance upgrades were 
installed .. a cold air induction unit and an exhaust header, both purchased 
from Jackson Racing.  These units, combined with the already-installed Jackson 
SS catback system, constitute [according to the MCA magazine] about all the 
additional horsepower one can wring out of a normally aspirated system, which 
was my upgrade goal.

In a word .. wow!  Noticable improvements throughout the spectrum, especially in 
the mid-range.  I haven't run any timed tests yet, but it seems to get to red 
line MUCH quicker than before.

I've only driven about 40 miles since the units were installed, so I don't have 
the information to answer too many questions yet.  But the initial impressions 
are very favorable.  And again, as did the installer of the catback system, the 
induction/header installer made the same comment .. quality stuff from Jackson 
Racing!
