I scarfed one of my wife's baking dishes.  Some of them
are made so that the batter doesn't run down the side
of the pan when the good stuff is poured off.  It works
well for me, and my wife hasn't complained that it's
missing (once you use it for oil, it's yours!)

BTW, I've seen what you're looking for at Pep Boys.
