I'm just sentimental fool when it comes to dead cars (and since I've got a
not so shiny example in my driveway, this one hits home.)  I believe the
latest comments actually referred to the spirit of the drivers, not the car
itself (and I, too, applaud anyone who has the guts to motor around in one of
those funny looking things.)

In honor of Jeannie's absence and imminent return - Ken, which week were you
talking about?  Last week?  Or perhaps you meant 'weak' as in feeble...  Time
to send TIC-TAC to English 101 - or is that how you spell things in Texas??

But back to Miatas -
Sorry, but the term Miateers just gets way too close to "Mouseketeers"  for
me.  Besides, my ears always blow off in the wind...
and Miatian sounds like Martian or Haitian, and I don't want to be either
so what do I want to be called? Hell, I don't know.
Think I'll take a long drive at lunch  and ponder the issue...
