One thing I haven't heard anything about in my brief time here or in my scanning of the archives is switching out cams for a performance grind. Paeco, a company in AL that refurbishes old parts and makes them into performance parts, has a mild street cam that (as I recall; haven't seen the catalog in about a year) can be swapped directly without so much as changind the valve springs. There are, of course, wilder grinds, but I worry about what this does to driveability and fuel economy (very lopey idle). Anyway, since it has been determined that on the 1.6L, cold air induction, headers, and exhaust are good for about 150 bhp, has anyone done all this and added a cam? I'd like to hear about it, since its the sort of incremental performance boost I can afford. TANX, Josh
