     I think I may have started this thread awhile back.  I wrote a program
     that yanks threads by ad-hoc search category out of the archive files.
     you just feed the program a subject like "horns" and it pulls together
     a file with nothing but the horn thread out of the archive.  I can
     pull and separate data easy enough, but where do I put it when I'm
     done?

Gary: didn't someone make this suggestion a few months ago, and it never
got followed up? I wrote to whoever it was and volunteered to assemble
information about
  Maintenance
  Lights and horns
  Cleaning/waxing and
  Rollbars/style bars

If anyone wants to pick up on any of these, I will happily assemble
whatever anyone wants to email directly to me, and we can get it posted on
Gary's board, for those who have access to the Web, and posted someplace as
a FAQ.

Terrific idea.
