I think you're asking what to do if you if you Trunk mounted CD changer skips all the time, but I'm not sure since my CD changer never skips and I always have the volume cranked up too loud and I'm having trouble hearing you! When I first transplanted by CD changer in to the Miata from my old car it used to skip alot also. The reason was I had the changer vertically mounted in my old car and when I moved it to the Miata I mounted it horizontally like this ___________________ and I forgot to turn the | | | | ------------------- two dampening screws from the position for horizontal mounts to the position for the vertical mount. (If you have a Sony 10 disc there is one screw on each side and they're about the size of a Silver Dollar) An now it don't skip no mo... Joe & LISA II
