I guess is that this would be hard to plan, unless they intentionally
flood a portion of the track.  I agree that this would be very helpful.
I believe that some of the national schools (Car Guys?) have wet
skid pad or slalom runs, and there's the Bridgehampton (Long Island) 
Miata school in August -- I'm going, and maybe it'll rain .
