While we're trashing Chicago dealers, let me add Jacobs Twin on Grand Avenue to the bunch. Once upon a time I actually made an appointment to purchase a new Accord but the salesman "forgot" and went home! I bought elsewhere. As for service, their shop is no better. Smart alecky service advisor and they didn't fix the problem either (on the Miata anyway, won't bother to try their Honda service!). As for LSM, always got good service there. In fact, a friend with a 929 is getting a new engine through them because the service manager believes it's the right way to fix a tough problem.
