Subject: Sebring Super charger (M45) Problems

I have a sebring super charger M45 for my 90' Miata with only 4500 miles.
This unit is Manufacturered by Downing-Altanta and I'm experiencing some
problems. This unit was purchased new and I did not expect these
annoyances.

 #1.  Noise - from idle to 2000rpm (sounds like a bad water pump bearing).
 Manufacturer say's it's normal. Any comments?

#2. Flat spot - When blipping the throttle, response is slugglish, causing
difficulty when downshifting.  Any comments?

Other than the above problems It's been a good unit so far.
