Subject: Headrest speakers to Pioneer HU

After reading many comments regarding this thing, I'm wondering whether
it's possible to connect this beast to the Pioneer head unit (DEH-P813).  I
saw the connector on the floor when I removed the seat - I now have two
driver side seat so I can put either stock or racing seats according to the
occasion. :)
Is it hard or what kind of output from the head unit do I need to drive
this speakers?

P.S. Does anyone know where can I get the Kevlar-look-alike centre console
and trany cover?  I saw one in my mate's car in Japan and boy was it look
great - not to mention expensive!
