Hi ho,
I posted a message yesterday concerning some damage done to my car while at a  
dealer, undergoing 3000m service.
I went to see them yesterday- I was prepared for a fight- a big one. I was  
caught completely off guard when the service manager, Mike, took a look at  
it, appologized, and said they'll fix it as soon as I can drop it off for a  
day.
I guess I should be annoyed by the inconvenience, but I have to bring it in  
anyway to have the computer replaced (AC problem that was traced to the car  
computer).
