     I also have this noise: sounds kinda gritty/rattly?  Comes from the 
     body of the supercharger?  They tell me it's normal, too, and it 
     hasn't gotten worse in nearly a year of driving now.  It would be nice 
     if it didn't sound like this, though.

     Dunno about this one.  My throttle response is tremendous.  I still 
     feel the basic Miata "flat spot" at part throttle from around 
     2000-3500 RPM, but at a much higher torque level to start with.
