Subject: Cleaning under front fender-HELP

Folks:

This morning I set out to clean under the front fender where debris collects.
Since reading several messages back in February, I have been meaning to do this.

But, ... HELP, how does one remove the bolts at the bottom of the fender just
in front of the door?  They don't want to come out, they seem to want to round
off at the edges.  This is not good.  Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
