I think my top up:top down ration is about
8:170

It has rained here a lot in CA this year.

Only heavy rain when parked is a good reason to
put your top up :)

Life is more fun driving top down in pouring rain.
Everyone should try it once in a while.  As long as 
you are moving you stay dry.
