Referring to Greg and Blake's gender-babble, I've got to throw my story in!
 As an older person raised in Texas, I was quite perplexed as to what was a
proper counterpart to "guys".  So I sought the counsel of my three 30ish
professional daughters.  With their recommendation, I confidently entered my
next business meeting with my fellow female managers.  When it came to a
point I would have said "guys", I said "chicks".  You wouldn't believe the
shock I encountered!  Then I was given much sympathy and guffaws when I
shared how my "girls" had set me up!
