Was out driving one day and he pulled up beside me at a light in one of them. Of course, we both hammered it when the light turned, and the Miata (stock) surprised me by running level with him. Of course, much of this was undoubtedly my lightening reflexes and incredibly skillful shifting (uh-huh), but what's the real scoop on performance between the two, Jack? Was his Z-car clapped out, or are they really about equal in acceleration to the Miata?
