I've decided to build an ongoing Vendor Survey for the Web. (PLEASE: Don't respond to this message with vendor opinions!) What I'm looking for is input regarding what sort of questions I should put on the survey. I'd like to do a Zagat Restaurant style survey where we have several catagories rated 0 to 10 (or something). For example, some catagories should probably be: Pricing Availability of items Delivered as promised Quality of merchandise Pre-sale service and support Post-sale service and support Would do business again? Are there any other categories that might make sense? My goal is to provide a valuable service on the Web without the traditional problem of being "held hostage" by the advertisers as some other Miata related publications might be prone to.
