As far as I can tell, if it starts with "ftp://ftp.netcom.com/" you might 
as well not even try. 

I'd suggest to Jaime that he get a service provider that supplies actual
www services, if he wants us to see his stuff.

Sorry to be gruff about this, but netcom really makes me grumpy.
