Mike, 
This looks like a test...

1. Do I send him a "nice" e-mail describing how to
   properly unsubscribe?

2. Do I use my godly powers as the Blue List Maintainer
   and take the time to unsubscribe him manually.

3. Do I ignore all his unsubscribe messages until
   he gets irate and threatens to mail bomb the miata list;)

OR...

4. Do I unsubscribe him, as well as, all the Miata folk that 
   are having a little too much fun at my expense.
