Subject: Cops, Kids, Driveways... SHEESH!!!!

     Good Lord!

     I leave you people for four lousy days of vacation and you go crazy on
     a thread I started about having cops in my driveway!  Like my mother
     said when I broke a flintsones glass on the floor when I was 4, "We
     just can't have nice things!"...

     I didn't want to start a holy war between the parents on the list and
     the single drivers!  I only wished to state that I wouldn't want to be
     kicked out of my neighborhood for allowing a cop to sit in my driveway
     to gain an advantage to write everybody up.

     I know you can't put a kid on a leash in your yard, nor can you watch
     him every second.  But when the street is absolutely clear, and I roll
     down to .5 mph rather than COMPLETELY stopping for that sign... its
     pretty ridiculous to have some cop screaming out of a driveway to nail
     you.

     Calm down... Take Benadryl... Breathe... Sign a neighborhood watch
     petition and get on with your lives...
