The new vendor survey is now up on the Miata Web. I would like to collect a 
fair amount of data before publishing results so we don't end up with a 
bunch of "Responses = 1" data which would amount to nothing more than one
person's opinion. 

With a bit of luck, this survey should give us a good cross section of
what folks think about the dealers, suppliers, and repair facilities out there.
