I'm confused. July has been an extremely hot month here in the DC Metro area (and probably where you are too). I don't put my top up due to the heat, but I do crank the A/C to 4, and it helps. So I can *ALMOST* understand why someone in a Miata would drive with their top up and the A/C on when it's really hot out. However, this morning on the way into work, the temp was a beautiful 75 degrees Fahrenheit, and the sun was shining brightly. I saw 5 other Miatae along my route. Guess how many of them had their tops down? Give up? ONE!!!! One other driver besides me who went topless this morning. I don't get it. Why in the hell would anyone buy such an awesome roadster, and decide to keep the top up when the weather is perfect for top-down driving? Is there anyone on this list who can explain this mystery to me? It's not a matter of it being too hot for having the top down. It was, like I said, about 75 degrees.
