We are in the middle of a moderate size trip now (Chicago --> New Jersey and return). Found packing not to be a problem. Our best is 2 small expanding suitcases (two zippers unzip to triple the initial size) and any other carry-on type bag (viz: backpack) No need to buy expensive fitted luggage. A beach bag for the rear deck can hold cold stuff, thermos, fruit, whatever. One point- on a long, hot day, exposure can become a problem (the more so on a multi-day trip); so even though I hate to put the top up, discretion suggests you'll have a more enjoyable trip if the 4 or 5 hottest hours of the day you give in to comfort and enclose (withj a/c on). More when we return: we had a flat and now have two different tread tires on rear. Details and questions to follow. Sid Beck '94Red Leather.
