I have a 94B, 5-spd, essentially the same as your 95. I've gotten 27.5
mpg cummulative since I purchased it new back in September '94.

I agree with Jay.  The 94/95 owners I've talked to are typically getting
25-28mpg, while the old 1.6 liter '90-93 owners are typically getting 30-33mpg.

If I could mix and match, my ideal Miata would have a 93 engine with
96 On-Board Diagnostic System (OBDS) II, with 94 R suspension and body
colored in 92 Brilliant Yellow wearing 95 M edition wheels purchased
for a 90 price.  8-)
