A number of emails recently have been posted about removing the sun visors all together. Then the question is what to do with the holes. Perhaps you could construct something to hold the radar detector? Since the sun visor is screwed in, a screw mounted passport bracket would hold it rigid. > I haven't been using the detector often lately - I just keep with > the traffic. They get them with a rough coat, then paint them for yuo car. If this MA winter is like last winter, you don't need one. But, it its like the winter before GET ONE! BTW: do your service at the Wellsley Mazda, the Miata guy there used to be president of the miata club. > > Top up vs. top down? (For some reason, I > notice alot of mini-vans loaded with kids and they all go hyper, giving me > the thumbs up, and waving.) I get the same thing on 128. Drive down in town around the colleges, it gets even better (But, if you see a Red '94, its my territory!:-) ). My favorite was this spring, I just waxed my car and I was in Wellsley (sp) with the top down sitting in a line to turn. Some young babe drove by and yelled out "Nice Car!!" Byron Red '94
