Unless your car has some sort of custom covers you should find a zipper on the headrest only. Try folding forward the fabric band that runs across the headrest just in front of the vinyl back covering. >Other things (sorry to waste bandwidth...) Try pushing it all the way back so it rests against the bulkhead. If that doesn't help you may have something loose in the trunk or the suspension.
