Thanks Mark, I was begining to think it was such a stupid question that no one bothered responding ! I ended up doing as you suggest. But it was blowing like a gale that day, ( a rather regular occurence in Gilroy) and even with the car in the garage, and stepping well away from the car, it ended up being a pain in the bu**. (There isn't enough light in the garage with the door closed.) I'd try and spray the rag/sponge, and the spray would blow everywhere. Finally had to take the top off the containers and pour it on the rag/sponge. This is always how I remembered doing my MGB, wax, then windows, crome, vinyl. Seemed to me that when I tried reversing the order, I'd end up getting wax on everything that I had just cleaned. >>Carla, > >Wax the car first.
