Earlier this week, Jack & Kansei clued me into the three wrecked Miatas at Brandywine Auto Parts near D.C. I drove down there this morning, and although the wrecks were fairly well picked over, I was able to find the two things I needed. Someone on the list asked if they had the molding for the bottom of the windshield, under the wipers. They did, but please note the use of the past tense - it was one of the parts I needed, too. Unfortunately, there was not another that I could see. They also were able to fix me up with a radio harness, but had to pull a Miata radio from the upstairs to find it still attached. Total cost for both parts - $20 plus tax and a tip for the unfortunate guy who waded through broken windshield glass to get the molding. Not bad, considering Mazda prices the molding at over $90. There's not much left salvageable from these cars. There was what appeared to be a usable tail light assembly in the trunk of one (didn't think to look if it was a left or a right), and a single Miata emblem among the three cars. Some other moldings appeared usable, but I don't think any of the body panels are worth much. Tim Lawrence Randallstown, MD '90 mariner blue
