I think it is in error, but I can't provide any evidence to the 
contrary.  However, it's interesting that it is in such good company, and 
in fact with the exception of the Taurus, why are all these cars expensive 
to maintain?  

1) Are they failure-prone?  

2) Is it just the relative cost that their dealerships charge for labor?  

3) Is it the extreme accuracy of the high-tech machinery that needs 
constant tweaking?  

4) Or is there some hornswaggling going on to squeeze more money out of 
folks that they know have it?  

I'll bet you a bundle it's the latter!
