Subject: Fuel Filter replacement

I am planning to replace the fuel filter in my '91 for the 30k tuneup.  I am 
wondering if the plastic shield that surrounds the filter area is attached by 
screws or a pop type connector that can simply be pulled off.  It appears it 
held in place with plastic screws yet when I try to turn them they do not seem 
to be backing out.  I would appreciate any help with this before I apply more 
force to the problem.  Please respond directly to me.
