Hello If your window stops working someday maybe you have the same problem that happened to me yesterday. It is very possible that this problem has already been discussed but I'll share my experiences anyway. Yesterday I went to roll down my drivers window and it stopped about 2 inches down and would not budge. I took the panel off and looked aroung for a while. (that black gook used to hold the plastic barrier on is really disgusting and is not good to get in your hair) I lubricated everything in sight and still no luck. Finally I noticed that the operating cable was getting stuck on one of the plastic pulley/wheel type thingies attacked to the window. The cable had popped out of one of its plastic snap securing mounts. So if your window suddenly stops working, check that the cable is securely attached to the door frame and is not getting in the way of any moving parts. Greg 90 Blue and looking better every day. BTW, wash your alloy wheels if you have been neglecting them. I thought mine were pretty clean (all I ever did was hose them off) , I scrubbed (without abrasives because of the clear coating) and waxed them the other day and can't believe the difference it makes in the appearance of the car. They are very bright now. Now my 18K mile car really does look new.
