Could be.  The guy who brought it to Gold Rush said that it had been
subjected to a VERY hard life.  OTOH, it could have been caused by the poor
thing running BACKWARDS all its life.  According to the picture on page 15,
the intake is mounted on the exhaust side, and the exhaust where the intake
should be.  The cam cover is reversed, too.......
