I use Rain-X, and Baby is seldom in the rain, so I'm not particularly "Wiper
Literate", but it just sounds like a relay telling the wipers it's time to wipe.

You can easily remove the metal panel on the drivers side of the trunk, and
it will expose the hoses going to the tank.  Look for small leaks in this
area.  Don't use a match for illumination!
